Claims and refunds

There will be no refunds issued for wines purchased more than 12 months before the lodging of a claim, regardless of storage and condition.

Please inform us immediately regarding any failed deliveries, damages, theft, or short/partial deliveries and kindly include photo evidence where appropriate. We cannot accept claims for any losses if the delivery note is signed: ‘Unexamined’.

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order should any wine fail to satisfy you. Please note that as wine styles and quality levels vary vastly, we reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. Should we accept your claim, a refund will be issued via the same payment method used to place the original order. To be eligible for return, any remaining bottles must be unopened and in resalable condition.

Faulty bottles

Please contact us within 1 business day of uncorking if a wine is out of condition, to enable us to confirm the complaint. We reserve the right to examine faulty wines, therefore any such wine must be kept aside, full, and with the original cork/cap. The bottle will be replaced at our cost once the fault has been confirmed. A credit note will be issued should the wine be out of stock.
